For 25 years, we have been taking a group of people on a fun filled packed holiday.
For 25 years, it has been my father masterminding these holidays alone until bringing me on board ten years ago.
As we approach the 25th anniversary of these holidays, my father is choosing to take a backseat and has passed the torch to me. I have also enlisted my younger brother for assistance.
To give you more of an idea of how big these holidays are, in 2006 we had 475 clients in attendance to celebrate the 21st anniversary in Malaga, Spain. In 2007, at 350 clients in Gran Canaria was what I'd call a stroll in the park.
The holiday lasts for a week of sun, sea and musical fantasy every September. We provide activities, themed club nights and quality entertainment for a large group of like minded fun people.
Logistically we run a promotional and marketing campaign 9-10months prior to the trip.
We select which London DJs, Comedians, hosts and PAs we will be flying in and arrange their odd durations stays.
Manage all flight and hotel accommodation, rooming lists, denominations and transfers to and from the airport and to all venues used.
Manage a team of 5 REPs who will be each assigned 50 clients to look after throughout the week and scheduling their calendar with site visits etc.
Liaise with all local clubs and venues for all events and activities on the trip. ( This usually can be anything from a beach party to go-karting and paint balling)
Ongoing dialogue with the preferred hotel, with the manager and his staff.
Arrange all A/V at all venues and ensure the denomination of the correct drinks for purchase are in excess amounts at each venue.
Arrange a full gala dinner / award show and dance at a prestigious venue for all clients.
Generally ensuring each and every client has the time of their lives and always has one of us to come and speak to before, during and after the holiday.
Over the years, the trip has taken place in: Spain, Portugal, Antigua, Grenada, Canary Islands, Malta, Ibiza, France, Amsterdam With theme nights including: Wear pink while you drink, Hawaii 5 0, Safari, Adam and Eve, PJ, Combat wear to name but a few.

19th -26th September 2011 sees us celebrate our 25th Anniversary back in Malaga, Spain with a star studded line up!
